"Mother Tongue" means language. A person has learned from birth or that a person speaks the best. Mother tongue refer to the language of one's ethic group rather than one's first language.
Mother language or mother tongue is used for the language that a person learn as a child at home. So we should keep in our mind the language what we have learned at home. This is the language spoken by our mother would be the primarily language that the child would learn.
We must give importance and treasures what we have learned to our Mother Tongue.

Equal Rights, Equal Opportunity: Progress for all
The word Equal Rights refers to human tights, when such rights are held in common by all people and when such rights are held in common by both men and women. While the Equal Opportunity is commonly held belief that all people who are capable of doing a task should have the chance to do so.
For the theme "Equal Rights, Equal Opportunity:Progress for all" re-emphasizes that equal rights and opportunities to lead to improved health outcomes for women and girls. Discrimination towards women and girls, or what is known as gender-based discrimination, is one of the most pervasive human rights violation. It severely limits the ability of women and girls to protect and promote their health.
Gender-based discrimination is irrevocably connected to negative health outcomes for women and girls. Gender equality is good for health.

Responding to Climate Change
Climate Change includes patterns of temperature, precipitation, humidity, wind and seasons. "Climate Change" affects more than just a change in the weather, it refers to seasonal changes over a long period of time. It may be a change in average weather conditions or the distribution of events around that average.
Climate Change in response to changes in the global energy balance. It is now recognized as one of the most challenging and complex problems facing humanity; the problem is real, the stakes are high, and there is no single "solution". Actions taken over the next decade will have an enormous influence on the rate and magnitude of climate change that will take place over the next centuries. Climate Change can be considered as the biggest environmental threat in human history.
Climate Change is not simply an environmental problem that can be addressed by regulating greenhouse gas emissions. It is about human development, social justice, equity and human rights. In fact, the climate at another level it is about how humans both create and respond to change.
