Climate Change includes patterns of temperature, precipitation, humidity, wind and seasons. "Climate Change" affects more than just a change in the weather, it refers to seasonal changes over a long period of time. It may be a change in average weather conditions or the distribution of events around that average.
Climate Change in response to changes in the global energy balance. It is now recognized as one of the most challenging and complex problems facing humanity; the problem is real, the stakes are high, and there is no single "solution". Actions taken over the next decade will have an enormous influence on the rate and magnitude of climate change that will take place over the next centuries. Climate Change can be considered as the biggest environmental threat in human history.
Climate Change is not simply an environmental problem that can be addressed by regulating greenhouse gas emissions. It is about human development, social justice, equity and human rights. In fact, the climate at another level it is about how humans both create and respond to change.
